Inserloft is building across research, platform engineering, and product — from training frontier models like Kyro to building the Pixel Platform developers use every day.

The hiring process generally follows these steps:

1. Application — submit the role-specific application form.
2. Agreements — review and accept any required agreements (for example, confidentiality where relevant to the role).
3. Acceptance — receive and accept an offer.
4. Confirmation email — a confirmation is sent once an offer is accepted.
5. Onboarding — access to internal tools and Pixel Organizations is provisioned as part of onboarding.
