Frontier Models

Frontier model research is the effort behind the Kyro family — Inserloft's largest and most capable models.

This work spans architecture design, large-scale training infrastructure, and evaluation, with the explicit goal of advancing what Kyro can do at each new release. Kyro 3.5, planned for September 2026, is the current focal point of this program.

Frontier model research is deliberately kept distinct from the Baby LLM research track, since the two optimize for different things: Kyro for capability, Baby LLMs for efficiency.
